Top-ups

• A top-up is credited to your SummSing balance once the payment provider confirms it. Credited balance cannot be paid back as money - it can be spent on SummSing. Only money earned from sales can be cashed out (see the Terms of Service).
• If you paid too little, too much, with the wrong coin or network, or a payment did not arrive, contact Support with the transaction ID. Amounts that reach us are credited to your balance.
• Cryptocurrency payments sent to a wrong address or network outside of SummSing cannot be recovered by us.

Purchases

• Items you buy are delivered immediately to your SummSing inventory. By confirming a purchase you agree that delivery starts immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal for digital content ends with this immediate delivery.
• If an item you bought cannot be withdrawn because it is not available on our bot accounts, we refund the price to your balance or deliver an identical item.

Withdrawals of items and cash-outs

• Item withdrawals that fail are not charged; the items stay in your SummSing inventory.
• Cash-outs sent to the address you entered are final. Please double-check addresses - a cryptocurrency payment to a wrong address cannot be reversed.

Duels

Stakes of finished games are not refunded, except where support decides a game was invalid (e.g. cheating, technical failure). Draws return both stakes.

Questions

Open a ticket via Support. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
