Terms of Service
Last updated: October 11, 2026
These Terms govern your use of SummSing (moonly.lol), a marketplace for in-game items from the Roblox experience Murder Mystery 2. SummSing is operated by the person named in our operator details ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using SummSing you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.
1. Not affiliated with Roblox
SummSing is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the developers of Murder Mystery 2. Roblox and Murder Mystery 2 are trademarks of their respective owners. You must follow the Roblox Terms of Use when you trade in the game. Roblox or the game developer may change, remove or devalue items at any time; we have no influence on that and are not responsible for it.
2. Who may use SummSing
- One account per person. Your account is personal; do not share, sell or transfer it.
- You must link your own Roblox account. Trades are only carried out with the linked account.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication.
3. How SummSing works
- Deposits of items: you trade items to one of our bot accounts in the game. They are credited to your SummSing inventory only after the trade is completed and the items were recognised. Items that cannot be recognised automatically are checked by our support team before they are credited.
- Custody: items in your SummSing inventory are held on our bot accounts for you. You can withdraw them to your linked Roblox account at any time, subject to bot availability.
- Buying and selling: sellers set their price. When you buy, the item moves to your SummSing inventory immediately; the price is deducted from your balance and credited to the seller, minus the market fee. All sales are final once the item is in your inventory (see the Refund Policy).
- Balance: your balance is prepaid credit for use on SummSing. It is not a bank account, earns no interest and is not e-money. Top-ups are processed by our payment provider (NOWPayments) as cryptocurrency payments.
- Cash-outs: only money earned from selling items can be paid out. Money you topped up yourself can be spent on SummSing but not paid out. Fees and network costs are shown before you confirm. We may hold, review or refuse a payout to prevent fraud or money laundering or to comply with the law.
- Market fee: SummSing keeps 5% of every sale (market listing, buy offer or offer in the chat). The buyer pays the shown price; the seller receives the price minus 5%.
- Fees: fees are described in these Terms and the applicable transaction or linked game rules before confirmation. We may change fees for future actions.
4. Minigames: Duels and Coin Flip
Eligibility: item-staked minigames are restricted to people aged 18 or older (or the higher minimum age required where they live). You must not participate where these games are prohibited. Do not use a VPN or false information to evade restrictions. These Terms do not replace any licence, authorisation or safeguards required of SummSing by applicable law.
Items and risk: items can be traded and sold on SummSing and may have monetary value. They are not merely fictional, valueless credits. You can lose your entire stake. Displayed item values are estimates, not guaranteed sale prices. Do not stake items you cannot afford to lose, borrow to play, or try to recover losses by playing more. Contact Support if you need help closing your account or stopping play.
- 1v1 Duels: players compete in Murder Mystery 2. Results depend on the match outcome and are subject to the displayed duel rules and evidence review.
- Coin Flip: this is a game of chance, not skill. The creator chooses Heads or Tails and the joining player receives the opposite side. The server randomly selects a side, with a 50% chance for each. The animation displays the result; clicking, timing and previous outcomes do not change it.
- Stakes and cancellation: selected items are reserved when you create or join a game. An open Coin Flip can be cancelled by its creator before another player joins; its stake is returned without a fee. A completed result cannot be cancelled simply because you lost. This does not limit statutory rights or claims arising from errors.
- Coin Flip fee: the winner receives the combined stakes minus an item fee targeting 10% of the combined displayed value. One or more item units totalling 8–12% may be deducted. If no suitable combination exists, no fee is taken.
- Duel fee: SummSing keeps one item worth about 10% of the combined pot, within 8–12%. If no item fits, no fee is taken. Draws return the stakes without a fee.
- Test games: games marked as tests against the test bot return the player's own stake. They do not award the bot's items, charge an item fee or count towards the biggest win.
- Errors and disputes: report the game ID and relevant evidence through Support. Recordings can help us investigate but do not replace your statutory rights. We review the available records and correct confirmed processing errors. Cheating, collusion and exploiting bugs are prohibited. Disputes remain subject to applicable law and your right to seek independent remedies.
5. What is not allowed
- Scamming, fraud, chargeback abuse, or using stolen accounts, items or funds.
- Multiple accounts, fake trades between your own accounts, or any attempt to turn deposited money into withdrawable money without real trading.
- Money laundering or any other illegal activity.
- Bots, scripts or automated access to the website (except our public interfaces), attacks on our systems, or exploiting bugs. Please report security issues to us instead.
- Harassment, hate speech, spam or impersonating staff in chat, messages or tickets.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms or the law. Where legally permitted we may withhold items or balance obtained through fraud or rule violations. You can close your account at any time by contacting support; items you hold can be withdrawn before that.
7. Availability and liability
We try to keep SummSing available and correct, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, availability of bots, or that Roblox will continue to allow trading. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for intent, gross negligence or personal injury, or any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law. Otherwise our liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damage resulting from a breach of essential obligations.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. If we change them in a way that matters, you will be asked to accept the new version before you can continue to trade.
9. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Sales Convention. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply. Questions? Open a ticket via Support or use the contact details in our operator details.
